Who we are

AgentPrep is a tool for licensed real estate professionals that reads disclosure packets and formats comparable-sales pages. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Questions go to muzamil@risegroup.com.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), license number, brokerage, and an optional phone number that prints on your reports. Billing details go to Stripe; we never see your card number. Documents and links you upload for a deal. Usage records: which deals you open, what you generate and share, sign-in events, and the errors the product hits, so we can fix them.

Documents you upload

Transaction documents are stored encrypted in private storage and are readable only by your account. They are processed by an AI provider to produce the analysis under terms that do not permit training on your content. Nothing in AgentPrep sends a document or a report to anyone on its own: every share link, download, and email is an action you take, and each one is recorded in your audit log.

People who are not our users

Disclosure packets name sellers, inspectors, contractors, tenants, and neighbors. We process those names only to produce your review, never to build profiles, market to them, or sell information about them. If you delete a document or a deal, that content is deleted with it, including the copies held by the AI provider.

Service providers

We use established providers for hosting, database and file storage, AI analysis, payment processing, transactional email, and error monitoring. Each receives only the information its job requires, under contracts that limit its use to providing that service to us. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

AgentPrep sets one cookie: the session that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary and carries no tracking. We measure page visits with a privacy-preserving analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify visitors. We run no advertising pixels.

Retention and deletion

Deals and their documents stay until you delete them. Deleting a document removes its file, its findings, and the AI provider's copy. Closing your account removes your deals and documents; billing records are kept as long as the law requires. Share links expire on the date shown when you create them and can be revoked at any time.

Security

Data moves over HTTPS only. Documents are encrypted at rest. Access to every deal, document, finding, and report is scoped to the signed-in account that owns it. Report a security concern to the email above and we will respond quickly.

Your California rights

Under the CCPA and CPRA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of today. To exercise a right, email us from the address on your account. We will not treat you differently for doing so.

Children

AgentPrep is for licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, the date above moves and you are shown the new version at your next sign-in. Earlier versions are available on request.
